Mara Galdos-Shapiro

Mara Galdos-Shapiro is the Chief of Staff at Oceans, helping drive the company’s mission to connect world-class Sri Lankan talent with top founders and startups around the world. She joined Oceans as an Account Executive before stepping into her current role, and brings nearly a decade of experience leading programs and teams from her previous work as Lead Education Coordinator and Camp Director at Mass Audubon. She holds an MSc in Ecological Design and a BA in Ecology.
