About Luna Bay
Luna Bay specializes in naturally brewed Yerba Mate tea-based beverages. Since 2018, the company has quickly gained traction for its innovative product range and commitment to sustainability. They were expanding distribution lines across the US and Founder/CEO Bridget Connelly needed someone to stay on top of regulatory roadblocks, keep her updated on investors and help prevent hiccups in their workflow.
Challenge
Bridget had been working with a part-time EA hired locally for a few months. As the brand continued to grow, she recognized the need for additional support to effectively manage relationships.
With fewer than 10 full-time employees, hiring a full-time local EA wasn't a cost-effective option. Bringing on an administrative professional became a strategic next step, allowing Bridget to continue high-touch engagement with key stakeholders.

- Regulatory support. Mayantha, working closely with Luna Bay's COO and Operations Lead, manages license renewals and files monthly excise tax reports across 10 states.
Results
Since Luna Bay partnered with Oceans in December 2023, they've experienced measurable improvements across several key areas, including managing their investor database and market expansion. Mayantha supports Bridget in daily management of work flows, investor relations, follow ups, and is a key link in the Luna Bay organization between investor, chain and strategic relationships.
